Pam Rowsey Larson
Pam Rowsey Larson is District Sales Coordinator for AFLAC. In this role, she works with business owners to offer supplemental health benefits to their employees at no cost to the company. She also manages and trains a team of associates, who also work directly with business owners.
Pam has previously worked as an admissions counselor for Midway College, with the American Heart Association, and as a business owner herself, developing a successful marketing and coaching enterprise and publishing the Lexington Woman magazine.
She attributes much of her personal and professional success to 4-H and the skills she learned while serving as a state 4-H officer. She is a past state officer, past state Teen Council member, and before becoming Chairperson of the Board, served as Chairperson of the Kentucky 4-H Homecoming committee. These experiences and the leadership lessons learned from them have molded Pamela’s approach to successful business management. She has had the opportunity to grow several successful organizations and achieve results team members never thought possible. Her management style focuses on nurturing teamwork and helping each team member to succeed.
Pamela is married to Dave Larson and is the proud mother of Elizabeth. She belongs to and has volunteered extensively for the Southland Christian Church. She is a past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners.← Return to Board of Directors main page
