The Kentucky 4-H Foundation will hire two positions including an Executive Director and a Director of Advancement. The Board of Directors is excited about the direction of the Kentucky 4-H Foundation and the Kentucky 4-H program. We are looking for two individuals to help Kentucky 4-H GROW!

The Executive Director is responsible for the oversight and management of the operations of the Kentucky 4-H Foundation. The individual will serve as the lead liaison between the foundation and 4-H staff, volunteers, donors and 4-H members. The position reports to the Kentucky 4-H Foundation Board of Directors. The Director of Advancement is designated as the primary fundraising officer and serves as the lead advancement liaison between the foundation, specialists and agents, volunteers, donors, and 4-H members. Kentucky 4-H Foundation exists to advance today’s Kentucky 4-H Youth Development Program. Therefore, employees are to support the foundation’s mission in leading fund development for the Kentucky 4-H Youth Development Program and advancing support by alumni and other stakeholders to ensure 4-H remains a vital center of excellence in the Commonwealth.
