Michelle Brock is a Pharmaceutical Representative for AstraZeneca. She has been recently recognized for being an outstanding leader in her company, and says that it is a direct result of her communication and leadership experience gained through her 4-H involvement.
Michelle grew up destined for 4-H, since Conrad Feltner, Kentucky’s 4-H Head Clover in the 1970’s was a close family friend. Michelle Brock was an active Laurel County 4-H member for ten years and has fond memories of attending 4-H camp and 4-H Week. One of her most memorable events was at 4-H Week when she was elected as 1985-1986 State 4-H Secretary.
She joins the board while being active in Harlan County Extension Council and Extension Board. She is excited to see how the Foundation impacts Kentucky 4-H at every level.
Michelle and her husband, Jeff Brock, live in his hometown of Harlan, Kentucky. They live there with their 12-year-old son, Jeffery Jr. and 8-year-old daughter, Meg. Besides being involved with the local 4-H program, they also work with Harlan County autism support group with Jeffery Jr.
