The Kentucky 4-H Foundation is proud to collaborate with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to support the mission of providing valuable opportunities for Kentucky’s 4-H’ers. While our core mission remains steadfast, the needs of 4-H youth, program staff, and volunteers can change unexpectedly. We are deeply grateful for the flexibility afforded by gifts made to the Foundation’s Annual Fund, which allows us to respond quickly to these evolving needs.

As a Leadership Circle member, your generous gift of $1,000 to the Annual Fund helps the Foundation address the diverse needs of the Kentucky 4-H program. For instance, thanks to the generosity of our 2023 Leadership Circle donors, we were able to direct critical funds to support county 4-H programs. These contributions have a direct impact on youth development, educational opportunities, and community engagement across Kentucky.
The Kentucky 4-H Foundation Leadership Circle was established in 2011 to honor the dedication of donors who make unrestricted gifts that enable us to respond to emerging needs. Upon making their first gift, Leadership Circle members receive a special lapel pin, presented at the Kentucky State Fair Annual Appreciation Breakfast. Donors are also recognized with pins for three, five, and ten consecutive years of support.
The Leadership Circle program operates on a calendar year basis, ensuring that your gift will be put to work as soon as possible, supporting the programs and initiatives that impact thousands of 4-H youth across the state.
