Foundation Scholarships

The Kentucky 4-H Foundation is excited to be offering and accepting application for our 2025 Scholarship Program which entails 20 scholarships across three categories. Reach out if you have any questions regarding programs or applications.

To be eligible for the Pall and Jill Hall Expand Your Horizons Scholarship the applicant must be a 4-H alumni who has completed at least one year of college or technical school. Applicant must be a full-time Kentucky resident. Applicant must have been an active Kentucky 4-H member. Applicant must have college or technical school involvement outside of studies.

High School Grad

Applicant must have a high school graduation date in 2024.

Kentucky Resident

Applicant must be a full-time Kentucky resident.

Kentucky 4-H Member

Applicant must have been an active Kentucky 4-H member for at least the last 2 years (the current year and last year).

Academic Attendance

Applicant must attend a post-secondary academic or vocational institution in Kentucky and be a full-time student.
