Kentucky 4-H Relief Fund

In late July, counties in Eastern Kentucky experienced catastrophic flooding leading to hundreds of people losing everything and hundreds more without basic human necessities. The Foundation created our 4-H’ers Helping 4-H’ers Relief Fund to provide emergency relief to 4-H’ers and their families who were affected by both the 2021 floods and tornado in both east and west Kentucky.

As a Foundation, we are committed to using our heads, hands, hearts, and health to better our 4-H community – especially when it is most needed. To this end, we are partnering with Danny Wimmer Productions and the Kentucky State Fair with the goal of raising $100,000 to support Kentucky 4-H families who have lost everything.

To do so, we are raffling off one thousand raffle tickets at $100 each, for the opportunity to win a pair (2) of SOLD OUT Beyond VIP passes (valued at $1,500 each) for Bourbon & Beyond in Louisville on September 15-18.

You can purchase your raffle ticket from August 28-September 9, 2022 (ends at NOON ET).  The drawing for the raffle will take place on Friday, September 9, 2022 via livestream on the Kentucky 4-H Foundation’s Facebook page between 3:30-4:30 pm ET.  

All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to the Kentucky 4-H Relief Fund to be utilized to support 4-H’ers facing significant challenges from the floods in East Kentucky.
